A Personal Note...

I want to be really honest about why I built the affiliate program this way.

Firstly, most of my time is taken up trying to recover from burnout... Being 50, in perimenopause, ADHD (I suspect AuDHD), and years of raising high-needs kids along with regular sleep deprivation, I don't have the time and energy to do this all myself, so, as they say, it takes a village. Well, I need help from my village to share this tool with the people who need it most.

I also know what it costs to raise kids like ours. I know the financial strain of stepping back from work, the endless emotional roller-coaster of NDIS (or relevant disability funding) paperwork, the out-of-pocket therapy bills, the extra equipment, and the appointments that never end.

With all of that in mind, I know that the people best placed to share Sage with the world aren't marketing professionals. They're parents who are living this life, who are trying to support their families while still caring for high-needs kids.

I wanted to build something where sharing Sage could actually make a real difference to your household income, not a token gesture, but a genuine recurring income stream that grows as Sage grows.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is it really AI? Will it feel robotic?

Sage has been trained specifically to feel warm, human and occasionally funny. Most people are surprised — it genuinely feels like talking to someone who gets it. That's because it was designed by someone who has lived this experience, not a tech team. Rach has spent months downloading her knowledge, perspectives, frameworks, tools, strategies and experiences to build the knowledge base that forms Sage.

Where does Sage's knowledge come from?

Sage was built from Rach Wilson's 15+ years of clinical practice, her own lived experience raising neurodivergent children, her own experience being ADHD (suspected AuDHD), with a neurotypical husband, and her frameworks developed over decades of relationship coaching.

But Sage draws on much more than one person's perspective — the knowledge base includes the influences and research Rach has done on John Gottman, Stephen Porges (Polyvagal Theory), Brene Brown, Marshall Rosenberg (Non-Violent Communication), Gabor Maté, and multiple specialists in ADHD and autism relationships. It's a synthesis of the best available research and real-world practice — filtered through someone who has actually lived this life and utilised decades of accumulated knowledge from a vast amount of resources beyond what's listed here.

Will Sage understand our specific situation — or give generic advice?

Sage is specifically built for couples raising neurodivergent children — not adapted from generic relationship advice. The knowledge base covers RSD, masking fatigue, executive dysfunction, ND burnout, co-regulation, the Double Empathy Problem, alexithymia, meltdown vs emotional flooding, perimenopause and ADHD, and much more. If you've ever felt like standard relationship advice doesn't fit your life — that's exactly why Sage exists.

Is Sage male or female?

Both and neither. Rach tried to keep Sage gender-neutral, but you can refer to Sage as he or she if you feel like it.

Rach felt that if Sage were seen as one gender, it could make it harder to hear their suggestions or feedback for the opposite gender. Proven in the real world: When her husband hears the same thing she's been saying for years, from a male coach (or just someone who isn't Rach), it seems to get in!! Hence, Sage is neither male nor female specifically.

Does Sage take sides or have a gender bias?

No — and this was a deliberate design decision. Sage is genderless (they/them pronouns) so both partners can engage with them equally without feeling like the mentor is on the other person's side. Sage draws on both male and female experts and researchers, and has been specifically designed to be objective regardless of who's in the conversation. Sage will validate your feelings AND gently challenge your perspective when needed — Sage even challenged Rach's own patterns during testing. 😄

What if my partner won't use it?

That's completely fine. Sage works brilliantly as a solo tool. One person gaining clarity, preparing for conversations, understanding their own patterns — that shifts a relationship even when only one partner is using it.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your conversations are completely private. Rach can't see them, and if your partner has their own chat thread, you can't see theirs, and they can't see yours. It's for your eyes only.

What does the free month actually include?

Full, unlimited access to Sage for 30 days. No restrictions, just cancel sometime in the 30 days, and you retain access for the full 30 days, but no payment subscription is actively started.

Do we need 2 accounts/subscriptions so we can both use Sage?

No — Sage is priced as a couple's subscription, so both of you are covered under one membership. Each partner gets their own separate login and their own private conversation thread with Sage. Your sessions are completely separate — Sage gets to know each of you individually, which makes her more useful to both of you.

Right now, we use a manual process to do this, but once it's fully launched, we'll build a dedicated app platform to handle it automatically. For now, once you're signed up, you'll receive an email asking for your partner's email address. A complimentary account will be created, and a login will be emailed to them. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you cancel your subscription, both accounts will be turned off at the same time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. If you cancel and want to come back later, you'll pay the current rate (which will be $67/month once the beta closes).

Is this just for couples in crisis?

No. Sage is equally useful for couples who are okay but want to be better. Prevention is actually more important than having to repair. Save yourselves the heartache, emotional turmoil, stress and necessary recovery time.

What if there's only neurodivergent one in the relationship?

Sage was built for your whole household — including the experience of any neurotypical or neurodiverse partners. Sage will assist you both to understand each other, come up with ways to communicate and work better as a team, with each individual's needs and challenges included in the solutions.

Do you have an affiliate program for those of us who want to share it?

Yes, this is coming very shortly. Affiliates will receive a 30% commission of every payment received from anyone who starts a subscription using their link (we're aiming to have this ready to go by the end of the beta period). Paid monthly is the plan. Details will be refined and may change as the tech side is set up.
